The house includes a private pool and large garden, barbecue and outdoor areas, fireplace and heating, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, and private parking. Excellent location, close to El Barco de Ávila and Piedrahíta, right in the Sierra de Gredos. Bed linen and towels are provided at the start of your stay. Additional cleaning service or a security deposit can be arranged for an extra charge. Firewood is supplied according to your stay, usually at no extra cost. Pets allowed on request. Events permitted, always respecting quiet hours from midnight. Please note: Groups where all members are under 24 years old are not accepted.
